We have been to CR for several times since the last 15 years and we loved it from the first moment. Again and again we thought about buying a house in CR – especially in the Costa Ballena zone – using it as a vacation home for ourself and also for renting it in the time we could not be there.

We visited the house the next day again and signed a pre-contract before we flew out back to Europe.

From this moment, Rebecca supported the whole purchase in a fantastic way … she recommended a lawyer, she brought us in contact with the escrow agency, she arranged the due diligence and checked all the stuff with the seller etc. We could arrange everything from home in Europe and during the whole process we felt really safe and well informed.
