Vehicle rentals near SJO  (make sure you get a 4X4 vehicle, a car will not do)

OR

Fly round-trip commuter flight from San Jose to Quepos via Sansa or Skyway and rent a vehicle from Quepos to continue the 1 hour journey to Ojochal.
